French doors open into the spacious living area comprising a kitchen with modern storage solutions, dining table and chairs for six people, comfortable corner sofa and TV.  It features original floor tiles, fire place and wood-burner.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils.  The interior door from the living area leads to the hallway with under-stair storage for ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc and doors leading to the downstairs shower room and the bedroom.  The bedroom has a single bed but has an extra bed underneath it that can be made into 2 singles or one double.

Upstairs, the landing has a desk and doors to the 4-piece bathroom (shower, toilet, washstand and small bath, with wall-mounted towel rail/heater.  There are two bedrooms, one with a 180cm kingsize bed that can be separated to 2 singles and the other with 2 single beds.

Outside, guests are invited to use the rear garden (which has garden furniture).  Adults may also use the front garden but we do ask that children only use the back.
